THE PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOT
Is $350.00 for the on-location Photography. I will shoot unlimited digital shots during a 3 hour period of a listing plus shoot as many Virtual Tours on the property as you need. All shots are shot with a tripod and are available light, time exposures. (no strobe lighting included) fees are higher if strobe lighting is requested. We now offer Full HDR compatibility (High Dynamic Range) to obtain a final image that mixes high and low lighting intensities called tone mapping produced from several camera exposures called bracketing.
Creating the final 360 Virtual Tour takes 6-7 hours of computer time. The average Virtual Tour requires 34-38 shots for a complete Cubical Spherical VR, and a Panoramic VR has 2 less shots which means there is no ceiling and no floor. I usually recommend shooting 2 Virtual Tours interiors and one exterior on a property that gives you up to 3 Virtual Tours to show your property. If you need more it’s all based on time how much time we have.
Here's the process:
1) First off all bracketed images (about 120 images) are Tone mapped to achieve Full HDR results
2) Then I color correct and match images density and color side by side so up to 38 shots are seamless and then
3) Resize all 38 shots to prepare for use in Virtual Tour
4) The stitching process some of it is software driven however most jobs require manual mask and adjustments to align images properly taking lots of time.
5) Then building a panorama still shot to check for accuracy of the final image
6) Then re-adjusting the digital shots that are not perfectly aligned in the panorama
7) When all images finally look right then I build out a 360 degree Panorama VR
8) And then I can build out a Cubical Spherical VR
So there are 3 types of final Panorama shots:
1) A Panoramic JPEG which is flat image but panoramic and can be used for printing
2) A Panoramic VR virtual tour can be viewed on any Web site in various sizes up to full screen
3) A Cubical spherical VR virtual tour can be viewed on any Web site in various sizes up to full screen
4) The same Virtual tours can be developed for CD's in Ultra High Definition rather than the Web Version. These HD versions require the use of the high resolution files and take longer to create because of all the high resolution files add up to well over a Gigabyte of image data from the 38 shots. The cost to produce these are more.

Phase I of the job:

Phase II of the job:
$375 for a 360 Panorama JPEG
$475 for a Panoramic VR Virtual Tour for the Web
$575 for a Cubical spherical VR 360 Virtual Tour for the Web
$975 Ultra High Definition Virtual tours for CD Presentations
Phase III of the job:
$75 Final Delivery is on CD
$125 Web Page development for each property that has all your Listing Info, Virtual Tours and Gallery Photos and hosting at SanDiegoPanoramics.com.
All jobs require a 50% deposit and are billed via a Mastercard or Visa credit card.
